Artist Statement

I am a retired Microbiologist and Clinical Laboratory Scientist. Although I have no formal art training or art degrees, I have been fascinated and drawn to art since I was a child. I have produced many pieces of art in many mediums: pencil drawing, oil painting, sculpting (clay, wood and welded steel). Now I am focusing my
creativity through photography and digital art. I have many piece of art and photographic images in private and public collections in the US and Europe. And, I have won numerous local, regional, national and international awards.
