Artist Statement
Here’s a tightened version that stays close to your tone and lands right around 1000 characters: With One Voice is a series of mixed-media collages on wood panel exploring layered identities and collective resilience among women. Using handmade decorative papers from Japan, India, and other regions with paint, I create textured surfaces that carry memory and cultural presence. Figures dissolve into shared silhouettes, patterns, and tones, reflecting identity shaped through interconnection rather than singular origin. Each form becomes part of a continuum of women who support and uplift one another.
